CBC has committed to an event centered, fellowship building initiative to serve our church and community. These efforts include Sunday morning children's church, special children's, family and marriage events, as well as building up relationships within and outside the church body.

Greenville Baptist Church is a vibrant and loving church family with an average of more than 200 in attendance each week between the two worship services. Our weekly services are centered around biblical messages aimed at encouraging everyone to find hope in Jesus. From the fall to the spring we offer Sunday School and Bible studies for all ages. We have active men’s and women’s fellowships and mid-week Bible studies and small groups to help you grow in your understanding and love for God, and to build relationships with others in the church.

At Central Baptist Church, we are a community united in seeking God’s heart together, being transformed into the likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Our mission is to extend Jesus’ mercy, grace and love–to each other, our town, our region, our world–for the good of all and the glory of God.

Central Baptist Church is a small, family friendly, no-frills congregation where everyone is welcome.  Our service style is traditional yet intentional, and we are learning together to worship God in the Spirit and in truth as we pray, sing both traditional and more contemporary hymns, listen to comprehensive teaching from Scripture, and worship as part of the family of God.
