Information We Collect and Receive
The Q90.1 collects and retains information about you and your device when you visit or give us information through The Q90.1 website.
Streaming Audio from Mobile Apps/Web Stream
When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.
The Q90.1 iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.
The Q90.1 Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data. The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
When your computer or mobile device contacts our web servers, we collect usage information about how our visitors use and navigate The Q90.1 website. An anonymous profile is established based on your visit and information such as the frequency and length of your visit, browser type, referrer data identifying the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting the website, and your IP address. No personally identifiable information is collected without your voluntarily providing it to us.
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personal information from you, such as your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address only if you voluntarily provide it to us.
